Introduction
  The sintering of the broken tungsten carbide is accomplished by addition of nickel, silver or copper. Due to the sharp edges, the carbide has good wear-resistance and excellent properties for cutting and grinding.
  Typically used as tools in the applications of orifice-wells, hole-driller, garbage treatment, milling, savage tools and centralizers etc.

 FLEXIBLE WELDING ROPE

Introduction
  The flexible welding wire was prepared by extrusion coating of cast tungsten carbide powder and nickel-based alloy mixture on the surface of nickel core wire. Cast tungsten carbide has irregular shape, high hardness (2200HV) and good wear resistance. Nickel-based self-fluxing alloy powder is spherical or nearly spherical, and has good wet ability with cast tungsten carbide. The welding layer can provide outstanding protection against erosion and wear.
  Recommended for use in mining, oil drilling and agricultural equipment, as well as in chemical, food processing equipment.
